We want you to love your gear as much as your workout; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your Peloton Apparel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.
Package Your Gear
Place your items in the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
